Should have left it alone. New update is awful. Can no longer read any articles.

This app never loads... The new updates are awful. I dont want accuweather information because this is NBC12, so please give me Jim Duncans news reports. If I could rate this app lower than a single star I would. So many things wrong with this app needs a major user interface update.

The latest version of this app, when you start it, brings up a full screen advertisement and forces you to look at it for a period of time before you can get to anything else within the app. It is very tacky and shows that the top priority is making money not servicing their viewers. I have no issue with a free app that includes advertisements like banners on the screen along side the news but forcing it on the user is wrong.

You cant make comments anymore plus the app is very slow compared with other news apps. It is in average a full step behind

Seems like they took a step back... The app is slower and the Ads are totally obnoxious...I dont need to see BON SECORS for 5 seconds every time I load the app...if this is the way its going to be, I will use the web instead.

The relaunch of the app was nice until ads started surfacing. If you could just removed the one that appears after launching the app that would be a lot better.

The app itself seems fine but I just cant handle the giant advertisement that opens up and forces you to view it every single time you open the app.I had to delete the app which is why I gave it one star.

Only complaint is when you give breaking news messages to the iPhone screen and when users click on it, when the app opens the breaking news doesnt show.

Please stop including d-list celebrities in the Breaking News notifications. These reports do not justify notification.

The nbc 12 news team is always the first to report! I have cbs 6 wric 8 and nbc12. Nbc is always first to report. Thank you nbc 12 news team.

This app will not work. Not on the iPad not the iPhone. PLEASE FIX IT. Channel 6 & 8 apps work. Why wont yours? Im deleting until its fixed.

Photo sharing feature does not work!!!

Why does NBC12 feel the need to tell me every single story is breaking news. It is worse than getting spammed. Will RAIN cause a delay in traffic. How is this breaking news? Who is dumb enough to not know that people in Richmond dont know how to drive.

This app is super helpful. It has the most accurate weather and the most update news. The only suggestion I have is that I should be able to save several different locations instead of having to type them in every time.

I love the updates and its easy to use.

Channel 12 is the best news app!! Always up to date, plus having Curt Autry is a bonus!! I just ❤️ him! Hes so hilarious!

Been watching Channel 12 all my life. Their news, weather and sports and staff keep me well informed if I am at home or on the road. Thanks!
